Fountain Pen Collection to come under the hammer at Boldon Auction Galleries

Conway Stewart was a British manufacturing company of writing implements, most notably fountain pens.  Founded in 1905 by Frank Jarvis and Thomas Garner in London, Conway Stewart initially resold fountain pens manufactured by other companies.  The name Conway Stewart derived from a popular music hall act of the 1900's.  

We have 35 lots coming up for auction, here is a small selection of the wonderful writing instruments to be sold.













Marketed between 1905 and 1977 hundred of different models manufactured in a dazzling array of colours, patterns and styles ranging from the small lever filler 'Dinkies' to the very large button filler 'Duro  pens.
